The Building a Home Conference this week was excellent; congratulations to Massachusetts Families Organizing for Change (www.mfofc.org) for an outstanding day.

I’ll be sharing my thoughts this week on “trajectory planning” as I describe in our story – based on the trajectory our son was on, status quo (no transition planning) was guaranteed to result in crisis at 22. We needed to make a drastic change and look at the future first, then plan backward from there.
